TL DR I’d say buy and read this book yourself skip the audible. for a very dark book helping to set up the new status quo in Ansalon after the disappearance of both the gods and their magic. Twice I’ve found myself completely spacing out on the book just because of the guy reading, I can’t even say I recall any of the story and it makes me review kind of shaky for me, I don’t want to give the story a bad review or a good one because I can’t remember it, I don’t want to give the overall good or bad because of the same issue with the story but I also don’t want to go to high in rating there because the performance was horrid.
